Do you agree to allow One Life to use your personal data?

I consent to One Life to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time. 

By registering with One Life, you agree to hold harmless One Life, its Administrators, Auctioneer, and any Donor against any claim or liability resulting from items sold, including but not limited to proximate or consequential damages, failure to comply with local, state, or federal laws, and cost or legal expenses arising therefrom. One Life's and Donor's liability shall be limited to the refund of Bidders purchase price.

One Life acts as an agent to the Donor and assumes no liability or responsibility for actions, principles, or decisions made by the Donor.
