Our Spring Fest benefits the Path Forward and allows us to upgrade and enhance campus infrastructure/classrooms that directly impact teaching and learning for all students and teachers Thus far, giving in 2020-2021 has resulted in a refurbished library, a TV/Film studio installation, new lighting in theater, and new furniture in both arts studio and library/media center.

What does my ticket include? General admission tickets include an access link to our virtual event on April 24, and 3 tickets for the $1,000 VISA gift card doorbuster raffle. VIP tickets include an access link to our virtual event on April 24, 10 tickets for the doorbuster raffle, and a bottle of wine. Please be aware that wine cannot be shipped, and must be picked up curbside at Brandon Hall School (must provide proof of age 21+ with photo ID).

Because of the virtual format, each ticket grants broadcast access for one family. However, you can buy as many tickets as you'd like for additional entries into the $1,000 VISA gift card doorbuster raffle.

What can I expect the during the event on April 24? The Virtual Panther Spring Fest will be a fun evening highlighting all different areas of Brandon Hall School, as well as a look back at this unique school year! Your access link will take you to our broadcast platform at 7:00pm EST on April 24. During this presentation, you will also have access to our silent auction and raffle listings to take part as you watch our live emcees and vignette performances. Our GiveSmart application will also send text alerts during the event to alert you of important links during the event, specific auction items to consider, and notifications of being outbid on an item.

Do I have to be present to win the doorbuster raffle? No, you do not have to be present! Once you buy your entry ticket(s), you are eligible to win the doorbuster raffle without attending the virtual event.

How can I participate in the silent auction? The silent auction and raffles will be open from April 10 to April 26, and you do not have to purchase an entry ticket to participate! However, the $1,000 VISA gift card raffle is only open to those with an entry ticket. 

When will auction bidding end? Silent auction bidding will end at 8:00pm EST on Monday, April 26, 48 hours after the conclusion of the event.

How can I donate an item to the silent auction? Please email [email protected] to request an item donation form, as well as more information about providing Brandon Hall with the item/activity in question.

How do I collect items I've won? Following the completion of the silent auction, GiveSmart will prompt you for your payment for any auction items won. We will contact winners of raffle items in the week following the event. 

Gift cards won will be mailed to you. Larger physical items will be curbside pickup only (all alcohol must be collected curbside by those 21+ with photo ID, and can be collected before or after the event). Vacation items will be coordinated through our Spring Fest Chair, Kristen Bell, at [email protected]

When will winners be announced? Auction and raffle winners will be announced the week following the event. The winner of the $1,000 VISA gift card will be announced the night of the live broadcast.
