A collection of five amazing color photographs of birds by Tom Hogeback. Each photograph is printed on 100% watercolor paper with archival inks and mounted and matted to museum standards. This stunning antique diamond bee brooch is made of 14K yellow gold with pave diamonds set in 14K white gold. The ruby eyed bee brooch with 19 round brilliant cut diamonds has locking c-clasp, approximately .61 ctw. and measures 1" x .75".

Before starting this series Marta was reading a book about Zen and when she put it down she noticed the fabric on the arm of her chair appeared to her to be microscopic dots. This vision was her inspiration throughout the series. She interprets the results as representing JOY.

Ruthven was an American artist best known for his paintings of wildlife. He attended the Art Academy of Cincinnati and was awarded the National Medal of Arts in 2004.

William drew and painted wildlife subjects most of his life. He studied art at the Cincinnati Art Academy and later worked at Gibson Greeting Card Company. In 1965 he left Gibson to join fellow wildlife artist John Ruthven in writing and illustrating a field guide to North American waterfowl.
