It is going to be so much fun for the whole family at home with the Munchkinland Gala for Kids starting at 7 p.m. and the Emerald City Gala for Adults starting at 7:30 p.m.

For those who are new to the school or who may not have been to a Virtual Gala before...

WE WANT YOU TO JOIN US! 

  • What is the Virtual Gala? On May 1, it is a fun night for TPES parents/guardians and their friends and family to get together virtually and raise much-needed funds to support the TPES Foundation. Our theme is "There's No Place Like Home to Join the Gala" so we encourage you to dress up as Wizard of Oz characters (or in Covid Chic attire) and have a fun party at home! Munchkinland Gala for Kids starts at 7 p.m. (featuring special guests like Principal Richard, performances & student raffle) and Emerald City Gala for Adults starts at 7:30 p.m. (featuring special guests like Coach Sergio, Live Auction, Emerald City VIP raffle, performances, and more)!
  • How do I get tickets to the Gala? Register at the top of this webpage and you will receive details on how to join for FREE online closer to the event! You can also purchase VIP, food/beverage, and sponsor teacher/staff tickets!
  • What does the Gala and TPES Foundation help with? The Foundation works with the Principal and school teachers to fund teachers and programs like art, music, PE, technology, dance, and Spanish. Without the funds raised by the Foundation, these programs would not exist.
  • Will I have fun at the Gala? YES! Many volunteer parents work hard to put on this event. We are planning a fantastically fun online event with live music, entertainment and food and drinks that you can have delivered to your house! It is a great way to connect with our school community. Everyone is welcome!
  • What's a Buy in Party (this was also called Fun Books in years past)? A buy-in party is an event, activity, or party organized around a theme by someone willing to cover the hosting cost. Everyone who "buys in" to the party or event gets to attend, enjoy themselves, maybe learn a new skill, all while helping our school. Some examples of buy-in parties from last year include a "Mom's Night out Party", a "Kayak party", and a progressive dinner hosted by four or five families at the Shores. Stay tuned for the launch of these buy in parties next week, where you can purchase buy-in party tickets.
  • What's the Silent Auction? It's an easy way to support our school by bidding on awesome donated items any time, April 17 - May 1. Invite your family and friends to bid and support our school!
