Q:  Do I need to create a GiveSmart account to view the Spring Celebration program?


A:  No | Please click the 'Spring Celebration Program' button available on the Spring Celebration main website at ccab.org/support to access the program on May 20.


Q:  Do I have to create a GiveSmart account if I want to donate via the Spring Celebration website?

A:  Yes | When initiating a donation, you will receive a prompt to enter your name, mailing address, and email address along with a credit card to complete your online gift.


Q:  I forgot my GiveSmart username/password?

A:  Please click the link that appears when you click the Sign In or Register button - located on the upper right of the Spring Celebration webpage. Click the Forgot Username or Password?  Follow the prompts to reset either your username or password.


Q:  Is it possible to mail a donation as opposed to giving via credit card?

A:  Yes! You may mail your check made payable to 'Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston.'  Please include in the memo line that your donation is in support of Spring Celebration and mail to Catholic Charities Archdiocese of Boston - Attn: John Allen - 275 West Broadway - Boston, MA 02127.

 

Q:  Can I give stock in support of Spring Celebration?

A:  Yes | You can make a gift of stock to support Spring Celebration. Please contact Pat Hewett, Vice President of Advancement, at patrick_hewett@ccab.org to make the proper arrangements for this gift.


Q:  Where will my donation go?

A:  Spring Celebration is our annual benefit for our areas of greatest need, and gifts will be directed to the Agency's most critical needs.

 

Q:  Will my Spring Celebration donation be tax-deductible?

A:  Yes | Your Spring Celebration gift is entirely tax-deductible. 

 

Q:  The volume is not working when I started the Spring Celebration program on May 20.

A:  The program may have started muted.  Please hover over the top of the screen where the program is playing, and click 'Unmute.'

 

Q:  I missed the Spring Celebration program.  Will it be available to view after May 20?

A:  Yes, the Spring Celebration recorded program will be linked on the Spring Celebration webpage to be viewed and shared.  In addition, the full taping of the Food Insecurity Panel will be available to view in its entirety.  It will also be available on the Spring Celebration page (www.ccab.org/support).

 

Q:  Who do I contact if I still have questions?

A:  Please email Chrissy Dahlheimer, Associate Director of Special Events and Donor Relations, at Christine_Dahlheimer@ccab.org.  If you need assistance during the May 20th program, please call to speak with a member of the Advancement team at (781) 380-4777. Spring Celebration is a virtual event, and staff are working remotely. You may have to leave a message for a return phone call if staff are assisting others.
