How do I donate an item for the auction?

  • If you wish to donate an item for the silent and/or live auction, please email Robin Di Fiore at [email protected].

        Items may include gift certificates, vacation stays, plane tickets, spa package, cooking class, "Buy in Party," Dance Lessons, etc. 

Where can I see all the auction items?

Go to the homepage and click on "View Auction Items." They may also be viewed in person at the Bridgewater Manor on April 23 for those who will be attending in person. 

Do I need to buy a ticket to register for the online livestream event?

Yes, Go to the Homepage and Click on "Tickets - Online & In-Person Options." Select the Online Ticket Option. You will pay $20 which enters you into a drawing for a gift certificate during the Livestream event and if you WIN an auction item, this $20 can be applied to that purchase. 

How does the silent auction Work?

We will be using mobile bidding for our silent and live auction. You can use your computer, cell phone or laptop to place a bid until the auction ends. You can bid while watching online from the comfort of your home or while joining us in person at the Bridgewater Manor. 

When does the auction open and close?

The Silent Auction will be open for bidding on Friday, April 16 and close on Friday, April 23 at 9 pm EST at the end of the online livestream event. 

How do I participate in online bidding?

Go to the Homepage and click on "Tickets - Online & In-Person Options." Select the Online Ticket Option. You will pay $20 which enters you into a drawing for a gift certificate during the Livestream event and if you WIN an auction item, this $20 will be applied to that purchase. You will need to enter your contact & credit card information at that time.

How do I start bidding?

Go to our home page and click the "View Auction Items" button! Bidding will open 7 days before the event on Friday, April 16 . Go ahead and start bidding, even before the night of! You can set a maximum bid (if desired) and GiveSmart will keep you in the running until you reach that maximum bid.

How can I keep active and know if I have been outbid or won an item?

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items. If you are not receiving text messages, please double check that the mobile number you have given is correct. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or when you have reached your maximum bid. When the auction closes you will receive a text if you have won any items. 

Single Bid v Autobid

A single bid can be placed as a one time bid for any amount. An autobid can be placed and set at your maximum amount you are willing to spend. With autobid, our system will place your bid at the minimum amount needed to lead. When you are outbid, our system will bid automatically for you until your maximum is reached.

How will I collect my winnings?

Winners will be notified by text at 9pm EST on Friday, April 23.  Credit cards on file will be processed at that time.  Winners can pick up their items from the Bridgewater Manor at the end of the evening or pick up at TCS on Saturday, April 24 from 10-12 or Monday, April 26 from 3:00-5:00. Those who need their items shipped will need to cover shipping costs and make arrangements for shipping with Robin Di Fiore who can be reached at [email protected] or 732-985-0300, ext. 101. 

Where can I watch the Together We Thrive Livestream Event and participate in the Live Auction?

At 8:00pm EST on Friday, April 23, you will simply come to this page to see the livestream!
