In two private sessions Melissa Allen, a certified Pilates Instructor and MELT Method Instructor will work with you to develop a personalized blend of focused, efficient movement exercises to help you feel better and stronger so you can get back to living life and doing what you love best.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
The MELT Method is a self-treatment that restores the support to your body's connective tissues. This helps eliminate chronic pain, enhance performance, and decrease the accumulated stress caused by repetitive movements.
