This relaxing afternoon begins at 3pm on the patio with savory light bites and cocktails - among good friends, garden sculptures, beautiful flowers and music. The Pan-Asian dinner theme encompasses specialty dishes from different nations and cultures throughout the continent of Asia. You are likely to find traditional Chinese pork and shrimp egg rolls, beef teriyaki, dumplings with dipping sauces, Japanese crab salad, a spicy curry dish from Thailand, Indonesian fried rice, and more. Delightful desserts, compliment the menu with sake, assorted Asian beers and tea.

Warm up this fall with a "Fun Four Way" fondue dinner for 8 guests hosted by Marti and John Bradshaw.
This fun meal with friends begins at 4pm. Party guests will share the bounty of fondue pots with skewers and a variety of delicious dipping sauces to create endless flavor combinations.
Enjoy classic fondue with cheeses, bread, locally sourced seasonal vegetables and pork and beef from Fire Fly Farms.
A vegan mushroom fondue will help you satisfy your cheese cravings without the dairy.
Wine will be served to compliment the menu, along with the perfect dessert of chocolate fondue - with cake and fruit.

Farm-to-Table Hosted Dinner for 8 guests featuring meats from Fire Fly Farms and locally sourced produce to celebrate the harvest.
This magical evening begins on the deck at 4pm open-air style with soup, light bites and cocktails. Enjoy fresh food and delicous produce among friends set against the beautiful Connecticut countryside. For dinner, you will likely find braised pork, stuffed peppers, succotash and salads. Wine and savory desserts, such as cheese pie and poached pears or apples will compliment the menu. Gluten-free and vegan options are available on request.
