The auburn leaves and tall, dried grass signify Fall and the end of fishing season. Shiloh, the Black Labrador Retriever, is sitting by the fishing pole and showing his desire to play by chewing on his master's shoelace. John A. Ruthven has given the print an almost lifelike quality, from the look on the puppy's face to the attention to detail in the fall scene surrounding Shiloh.

The offset lithograph from 1998 is Plate I of the Puppies Series created exclusively for CET. The 14 by 17 1/2 inch print, double signed by the artist is one of only 500. Watch for the other three in this series for a complete set. The print must be picked up at CET or Think TV, shipping is not available.

Donor value is $300.
