This collectible plate "Flower Girl of Provence" by famed American artist, Edna Hibel, is her first plate to be crafted on Hutschenreuther's distinguished porcelain. It was issued in 1977 with a limited release of 12,750 plates. The 13-inch diameter plate is securely mounted on a light yellow velveteen background in a painted wood frame.
