Auction Terms and Conditions

 Thank you for registering for the Sr. LPGA Auction Benefiting Riley Children’s Foundation. Please read in detail the Terms and Conditions of the Auction powered by Givesmart.

 

Do you agree to allow Resort Charity Events and French Lick Resort to use your personal data?

 

I consent to allowing Resort Charity Events and French Lick Resort to capture and use my personal data. I understand and have read the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and understand that I may revoke this consent at any time.

 

 Responsibility for Purchases

 

By bidding on an item in the Sr. LPGA Auction Benefiting Riley Children’s Foundation, you are agreeing to purchase the item if you should win.  Resort Charity Events is unable to cancel/rescind any bids.

 

 Credit Card on Account

 

By placing your credit card on file through Givesmart, you agree to your credit card being charged following the event for the balance on your account if you do not provide another method of payment to the Auction Coordinator.  See below for further details.

 

Winning Bidders at Sr. LPGA Pairings Party

 

In order to receive your winning item at the Sr. LPGA Pairings Party, you must visit the Party Auction Table within 15 minutes after the Auction closes.  You must also provide payment in one of the following ways:

 

You may provide a credit card to the Auction Coordinator or you may authorize for Resort Charity Events to charge your credit card on file OR

You may provide a signed check to the Auction Coordinator

Cash is not accepted for payment of items in the Sr. LPGA Auction Benefiting Riley Children’s Foundation

 

If your winning item is not claimed at the Sr. LPGA Pairings Party, then your credit card on file will be charged and you will be contacted by Resort Charity Events to arrange for pick-up or delivery. If you opt to pick up the item at the French Lick Resort, the item must be picked up within 10 business days after the conclusion of the Auction. If you opt for delivery, please see the Shipping section below.

 

Winning Bidders outside Sr. LPGA Pairings Party

 

In order to receive your winning item, you must contact the Auction Coordinator via email at kkerby@frenchlick.com or by phone at (812)936-5854 within 5 business days.

 

Resort Charity Events will charge your credit card on file. Once your credit card is successfully processed, you may choose to either pick-up your item at the French Lick Resort or request that your item be shipped.  If you opt to pick up the item at the French Lick Resort, the item must be picked up within 10 business days after the conclusion of the Auction. If you opt for delivery, please see the Shipping section below.

 

Shipping

 

All items opted to be shipped will receive an additional shipping and handling fee per item. The winner must provide a valid shipping address to Resort Charity Events within 5 business days.  Shipping will then take 5-10 business days. Resort Charity Events may provide a FedEx tracking number once available via email, upon request.

 

Tax Deductibility

 

You may receive a tax letter and receipt upon request.
