How can I donate an item for auction?

To submit an item for auction, fill out the online form HERE. We ask that items have a retail value of at least $200, but the League will also accept monetary donations to purchase an item on your behalf. If you choose to purchase the item, please have it shipped to LSCU office by June 3rd.

How do I sign up to participate in the auction?
To register and bid for item, visit lscu.givesmart.com or text LSCU to 76278 and follow the instructions. Credit card information is required to bid.  Bidding will begin on Wednesday, June 7th at 9 am EST / 8 am CST and close on Thursday, June 15th at 9 pm / 8 pm CST at the Gala Dinner. 

How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, set a maximum bid if desired, and GiveSmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.

How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.

Do I have to attend SCUCE to bid on items?
No, all bidding is done online so non-attendees may bid on and win items. Auction winners are required to make payment the night of the event.  If you are attending SCUCE, you can pick up you item at the Thursday night themed dinner.
