Alicia Randolph is a highly requested coach and consultant experienced in helping diverse staff levels achieve new levels of productivity through enhancing relationships, communication, and leadership skills in both the public and private sector. Alicia authored, critiqued, and modified existing training materials specific to the didactic and skills requirements applicable to instructional design standards for various training products.  She served as the primary consultant delivering training to federal, state, territorial, tribal, and local participants across the United States, instructing over 198 state and local partners. Alicia maintained oversight for corporate orientation training programs, corporate compliance, and a $2M inventory project.



Over ten years as a certified Dale Carnegie Business Coach and Facilitator recognized by both her colleagues and course participants as an inspiring speaker and motivating facilitator in team building, executive coaching, selling change, persuasive leadership.

Over eleven years' experience in public health at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) with specialized expertise in instructional design, training development and accreditation, facilitation; conflict resolution and problem solving; and project management. Technical expertise includes radiation health protection, Strategic National Stockpile planning, and all-hazards preparedness.

Fourteen years in Human Resources and Training and Education at GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) including technical training in the manufacturing environment, and new hire program management, instructional design, project management, systems development/programming/ management, performance management training, targeted selection and processing in the corporate environment.
