Chef Lee Wolen
A veteran of acclaimed kitchens throughout the US and Europe, Chef Lee Wolen came back to Chicago in 2012, and led the The Lobby at The Peninsula Chicago to wide praise, culminating in a coveted Michelin star. Chef Wolen joined Boka Restaurant as Executive Chef and Partner in 2014, where he has been recognized as one of the nation's culinary titans, including chef-of-the-year awards from the Chicago Tribune, Eater Chicago, Plate Magazine, and the Jean Banchet Awards and earning the restaurant Michelin stars every year since his arrival.
