The Live to Give Walk is THIS Saturday, May 15th
REGISTRATION is from 7:30-8:30am
The walk will start PROMPTLY at 8:30am
Eagan Rotary Bandshell in Eagan Central Park, 1507 Central Pkwy, Eagan, MN 55121. Parking is free in the adjacent lot.
Donors that donated over $100 will be able to pick up their t-shirt before the walk
Effective May 7th, no capacity limits or distancing requirements
No mask requirements for outdoor venues of fewer than 500 people
Granola bars, fruit an water provided to walkers!
Remember to WEAR A TEAM COSTUME! Prizes will be awarded!
The Live to Give Walk is partnering with local restaurants to provide 10% off your bill! This coupon will be valid only for event day, Saturday, May 15th. Thank you to Perkins, Carbone's, Ze's Diner, Granite City and Applebee's.
The Rotary Club of Eagan believes in building bridges and a strong community. We do this by raising money for local non-profits that help families and individuals.
This year we will give to organizations that stepped-up during the pandemic: Eagan YMCA, 360 Communities, The Open Door and Eagan Rotary Foundation.
We are hosting the Live to Give Walk on May 15th at Eagan Central Park, Rain or Shine. Our presenting sponsor is SPACES. Starts promptly at 8:30am for a one+ mile leisurely walk with the whole community.
Everyone is welcome: family, pets, friends, workmates, youngsters, oldsters etc. Our walking path is accessible for strollers, wheelchairs and wagons, etc.
The Live to Give Walk will be filled with fun and live music by Gus Sent Me at the Eagan Rotary Bandshell. Costumes will be judged by Eagan Police Chief Roger New and prizes awarded. Registration is from 7:30 to 8:30am. The best practice guidelines for COVID-19 safety at the time of the walk will be followed.
You can help in three ways:
- Be a sponsor at any level, from $500 to $5,000. Get details on sponsor benefits at EaganRotary.org.
- Register for the walk-It is FREE! You will get a Live to Give t-shirt with a $100 donation.
- Create a team by inviting others to join you and collect donations. We encourage teams to pick a theme or costume to add to the fun.
