Bookings are based on availability of accommodations and must be used in 24 months from date of purchase (until July 31, 2023). Cannot accept bookings after that time and cannot grant extensions to the two-year window. There is no refund for unattended or guest-canceled services. If they are unable to offer at least four weeks within the window, they will extend the offer beyond the window limit until there are at least four weeks from which to choose. Cannot be resold.
