Sibley Memorial Hospital has been there to take great care of my family, my friends and neighbors. While we may have taken such convenient access to great medical care for granted in the past, the COVID-19 pandemic has demonstrated how critical this access to life-saving health care really is. We couldn't be more fortunate to have Sibley Memorial Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, so close to home. Our children and so many of their friends were born at Sibley, and many of our friends and family members rely on the amazing doctors and nurses there to keep us at our healthiest. Serving on the Young Professionals Board is just one small way that I can give back to Sibley.
It is so important, especially in times like these, to show our gratitude to the men and women who show up for work to care for each and every one of us. I am grateful for the doctors, nurses, technicians, environmental services workers, and everyone else who works at Sibley who work tirelessly to keep us healthy and safe.
As we approach the one-year mark of life during the COVID-19 pandemic, I hope you will join me in donating what you can to Sibley, and "Say Thanks" to our health care heroes. Every dollar counts, and I thank you for your support.
