Wine and Whiskey Pulls will go on sale Friday, May 7 at 5:00 p.m.
We have a limited amount of wine and whiskey pull tickets available. Purchase those as instant items (#30 and #31).
The winning pulls will be done live during our final (virtual) event on Saturday, May 8.
Raffles.
There are 10 different raffle items available. One winner for each will be pulled during the event noted on the raffle ticket description. Tickets are $10 each and the winner does not need to be present to win. Winners will be selected at random. If the raffle winner is present at that event, they may take the item home with them. If not, the Graceful Evening team will contact the winner to arrange raffle item delivery.
Auction Item Collection.
Winners can collect their item(s) from Grace Lutheran Church and School on Sunday, May 9 from 9:30-10:30 a.m. or 12:00-4:00 p.m. Curbside pick-up is available. If you will be present during in-person worship that day at Grace Lutheran Church, you may pick up your winnings at that time as well. Winners who are unable to pick-up that day can contact us at gracefulevening@graceriverforest.org to make other arrangements.
Lots.
All silent auction items are described on the auction website. The descriptions include any terms, conditions, or restrictions associated with the item(s). All items are sold "as is." Products and/or services may have restrictions or qualifications specified by the donor so please read the description carefully. Terms are not negotiable. The suggested value listed for each item is intended as an estimate and does not constitute a valuation for tax purposes for fair market value.
Disputes.
The last bid received shall become the fixed price for the auction lot. In the event of a dispute, the auction official shall act as the final authority and shall determine the winning bidder. This decision is final. Auction officials solely retain the right to disqualify or nullify a bid.
