We have on several occasions sold Victor to the highest bidder - usually as part of a magical Cuban dining experience. This year we sell Victor, along with his famous Cuban pulled pork recipe, in a private Zoom Cuban cooking class for up to four people! Victor will take you step by step in the making of his signature dish - possibly while doing a little kitchen salsa dancing - and then help you enjoy one complimentary bottle of Cuban rum in this fun and festive cooking class!
