Wine Information:

Celene Saphir Cremant de Bordeaux Brut Rose NV: This delicious sparkling wine from France is 90% Cabernet Franc and 10% Merlot, all of which was hand harvested. It is expressive and well balanced with aromas of grapefruit and citrus. It is rich and toasty with good acidity and crisp texture.

Chateau Arnaud Bordeaux Superiore 2014: Spicy black raspberries, fennel and cocoa round out the bouquet of licorice, cassis and black cherries. It is a fruit forward wine that is smooth and easy to enjoy. It has a touch of vanilla, green bell pepper, and boysenberry.

Belle de Provence Rose 2020

Beautiful blend of Cinsault, Syrah, and Grenache. The nose is inviting with ruby red grapefruit and golden raspberries. Hints of kiwi, watermelon sorbet, dried apricots and hibiscus. Dry on the palate with flavors of berries, finishing with a distinctive minerality and balanced acidity.

Chapelle de Barbe Bordeux Superiore 2016

Composed of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon the color of the wine anticipates the explosive bouquet of black fruit berries featuring black currant and blueberry. It has hints of delicate flowers. Fleshy and full bodied with a touch of liveliness. Nice fresh balance and a expressive, lingering finish.

Bersano Gavi 2019

This elegant white wine is produced with Cortese grapes grown in the Pre-Appennines hills of Gavi village. Bright straw yellow with greenish hues and a very fragrant bouquet of pineapple and peach, with a note of apricot. Rich and full mouthfeel with a long fruity and persistent finish.

Natale Verga Chianti Classico 2017

A predominant nose of wild berry and fresh cut violets lead to the well balanced and abundant flavors of cherry, blackberries, and a hint of cedar. Soft and elegant with crushed raspberry, white pepper and cloves.

Cascina Boschetti Barbera d'Alba 2019

Luscious and jammy red fruits of cherry, wild berry and dark plum. A hint of raspberry and slight spice round out the palate. Ripe tannins add the necessary structure for pairing this wine with an array of foods.

Natale Verga Pinot Grigio 2019

Green apple, pears and orange blossoms in the bouquet followed by notes of figs and almonds. Delicate, light and refreshing on the palate. Hints of lemons and citrus round out the bright acidity and crisp finish.

Alix Tower Block C Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

A sumptuous Cabernet from Napa Valley. Aromas of spiced black cherries, red berries, lilacs, cocoa powder and roasted earth lead into a soft and silky mouthfeel. Loads of red fruits and vanilla cream finish with dusty tannins. Fantastic acidity lingers on the palate. Long and luxurious finish.

Angels Landing Chardonnay 2019
