ABOUT THE ARTIST

Craig Downs signature art on canvas and in murals embellishes homes, businesses
and public spaces in the United States, Canada, Mexico and Europe.
Craig was born and raised in St. Louis, where his art is well known and
loved. His collectors and fans own countless Downs paintings. Many know his
Mission Taco art: his popular mural in Soulard, the canvases at all the other
locations, and the cheery Mission Taco food truck which is wrapped in his art.
He also painted the unofficial Dogtown St. Patrick's Day poster for years, and
was the 2010 first place award-winning artist at Taste of St. Louis. His work
is currently on display at the Dogtown Gallery and Frame Shop.
