Respite care allows parents or guardians to take care of necessities outside the home, like shopping, dental visits, caring for elderly parents, or any of the million things that get left undone when a child is seriously ill.

Your gift of $500 could provide a safe pediatric bath chair or other necessary equipment for a Kansas City family with a child needing hospice or palliative care. Essential equipment helps keep the child safe during bath time and throughout the day.
