Alissa, age 12, was recently adopted along with two of her siblings. Her new family is providing her with a new life and an opportunity to grow safely and healthfully. Alissa has developed a passion for horses and would love to learn how to horseback ride.

Hayley, age 12, was removed from the care of her step-father due to sexual abuse. She is struggling with the passing of her mother, but is glad to be living with her maternal grandmother. Hayley would like to have a career in cosmetology. She has started a small business in her neighborhood where she does manicures and pedicures. She would love to have more supplies to continue her business.

Erin, age 12, was brought into foster care due to being sexually abused and her mother's failure to protect her. She loves basketball and when she attends high school next year she wants to try out for the school team. She would like a pair of basketball shoes.

Juan is a bright 12 year old boy with intellectual curiosity and good grades. His own laptop would facilitate a great deal of education and intellectual growth for Juan such as practicing chess online (his CASA is teaching him), and reading more English to improve his.

Jenifer, age 12, has an interest in Hip-Hop and Reggaeton music. She studies hard in school. Remote learning has been hard for her since she misses the social interaction with other students. A tablet would give Jenifer something to look forward to that she loves.

Allisson is a smart and spunky 12 year old girl who loves Harry Potter! Due to COVID, she has been unable to check out any books at her local library and would dearly love her own set of her favorite books!

Liz is a creative 12 year old girl who enjoys expressing herself through artwork. She would love to have some quality art supplies and even hopes to take art classes to improve her technique and expand her art knowledge.

Jorge and his siblings recently moved home with their mother under a trial visit. Jorge is so happy to be home, especially in time for the holidays. However, his mother struggles financially. Gustavo is 12 and has been struggling with some suicidal ideation due to the rejection of his mother. He is happy to be placed with his maternal relatives, but his misses his mother. He has a hard time struggling in school and would like his own laptop to learn, grow and connect with others.
