Every Kendra Scott piece is intricately and artfully designed at our state of the art studio in Austin; Texas. Kendra and her team created the Design Lab of their dreams complete with casting; 3D printing and an extensive product and material library. The design studio offers a unique space to create; innovate and be inspired.

Handmade earrings

One-of-a-kind small post earrings in silver and gold with recessed details in copper. Aaron Macsai used a metal smithing technique that he developed and refined over many years. Pattern-metal inlaid earrings; hand fabricated cross-section sliced of patterns are inlaid in a silver and 14k gold frame. Once the patterns are soldered in, 18k gold details are added, the little circle in this case, then the surface is sanded and the copper is etched down in nitric acid. Finally, the background is oxidized and highlights are polished. Posts and backs are 14k yellow gold. Entirely hand fabricated by Aaron Macsai.
