Skokie CC is a top 100 course designed by the famed architect Donald Ross. Skokie held the 1922 US Open won by former caddy and 20 year old Gene Sarazen with a tremendous birdie on number 18. A plaque commemorating his accomplishment is on the 18th tee box.
