Join your CCPC friends for a fun, virtual group workout Sunday, March 21 at 9:00am. Local trainer Jenn Pappas (former head coach at Tenleytown OrangeTheory) will lead us through a 40 minute bodyweight HIIT session via Zoom.
This interval based class involves quick bursts of energy performed at a maximum effort for a short time, followed by intervals of rest. All fitness levels are welcome as the class can be completely made your own! Low impact options and modifications will be provided where needed.
No special equipment required!

Let us be clear, we do not create or assign these "bests" - they are already there, within each child. In fact, you've probably already seen glimpses of greatness. Our role is to simply help campers unearth it, and nurture it - so we can all watch it blossom into something incredible. And because every kid isn't the same, our approach isn't either.
