How does the silent auction work?

We will be using mobile bidding starting Monday, April 19th at 8 AM and the night of the virtual event for our auction. You will be able to use your smartphone, tablet or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes at 8:00 PM, April 24th. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world!

How do I participate in the online bidding auction?

Get started online through this auction page at (this is a secure site) To expedite your registration, please register with the auction site prior to the online bidding time.

How does the super silent or premier item auction work?

On Saturday, April 24th between the hours of 7:00 PM and 7:30 PM, the premier items (previously considered LIVE auction items) will be open for bidding. You will make bids on the items and can also set a maximum bid. If you have the highest bid by 7:30 PM, you will be the winner of that item.

Start Bidding

Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! Place your bid on selected items, and set a maximum bid if desired and Givesmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum.

Keep Active

You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been out bid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items!

Collect Your Winnings

Auction winners are required to make payment via the credit card entered at registration the night of the event. (this is a secure site) Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocate them to Roncalli.

All auction prizes are currently being stored in the Roncalli Advancement Office. Please plan to pick up your items on the Roncalli circle on Monday, April 26th, between 4 PM and 7 PM and Wednesday, April 28th between  4 PM and 7 PM. A Sign-Up Genius will be available on April 24 to select your pickup time. If you have won a certificate, tickets or voucher, these items can be mailed to you.

*All bids are final and binding. There will be no exchanges, alterations or refunds on items. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash. All items are "as is".
