2022 Pinecrest Academy Gala

Gala Auction General Rules:

• All sales are final, and there are no exchanges or refunds. Pinecrest Academy has attempted to describe items as accurately as possible. All items are offered as-is.
• Pinecrest Academy neither warrants nor represents, and in no event shall be responsible for the correctness of descriptions, genuineness, authorship, provenance, or condition of the items.
• It is the buyer's responsibility to adhere to any expiration dates or stipulations on any item. Dates specified on certificates are non-negotiable.
• Pinecrest Academy is not responsible for replacement of lost or expired certificates. Buyers should contact donors within 30 days unless otherwise specified to make arrangements for dinner, tickets, vacations or any other service. Vacation homes are not transferable and are donated for use by adults and families only.
• Payment in full is mandatory at the close of the Auction. We accept credit cards as forms of payment.
• All fair market values set forth on items are donors' estimates and not warranted by Pinecrest Academy. For tax purposes, please consult your tax adviser.
• Silent auction bids will open at 8:00am on March 19 and close on March 26 at 9:30pm.
