We do this by providing individualized services that maximize independence, promote community involvement, and improve physical and mental well-being. The recently passed Federal CARES Act allows each individual to claim a tax credit up to $300 for donations to 501(c)(3) charitable organizations in 2020. This credit is in addition to your Standard Deduction even if you don't itemize your deductions.

If you are a Minnesota resident/donor, the MN Dept. of Revenue allows you to claim a deduction on your state taxes for charitable donations if you donate at least $500 in combined monetary donations (not in-kind items) to Minnesota based charities.
