How does the silent auction work?
Once you register on GiveSmart and make your bid, you will begin receiving updates via e-mail and text message about auction items. You can use your smartphone, tablet, or computer to keep up with the status of your bids and continue bidding until the auction closes. You can be the winning bidder wherever you are in the world! How do I participate in the online bidding auction?
Get started online through the Moveable Feast auction page. Just hit the 'Register Now' button toward the top of this page and enter your name, address, phone number, e-mail. Credit Card information is required to bid.
How do I start and continue my bidding?
Browse the Silent Auction and start bidding on your favorite items! You can even set a maximum bid and GiveSmart will continue to keep you in the running until you reach your maximum bid.
How can I keep active and know if I am outbid or have won an item?
You will be notified via text if you have been outbid. Keep an eye on your favorite items on this auction page! If you are NOT receiving the text messages make sure you have the correct mobile number under your profile. The texts will continue to notify you when you have been outbid or reached your maximum bid. When the silent auction closes, you will also receive a text message if you won any items.
How will I collect my winnings?
Auction winners' payments will be processed on their credit card on file on Wednesday, January 27th. If you'd like to pay with a different method, please contact the CCM Development office at 513-556-2528 or firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that you will have the choice to either pay credit card fees yourself or allocated them to CCMpower.
All auction items are currently being stored at the College-Conservatory of Music. All items can be picked up in the CCM Circle. Our team will coordinate a date with you from the options below. Refunds will not be given on unclaimed items.
Free local pick up is available at the following times:
Monday, February 1st between 5pm-8pm
Tuesday, February 2nd between 5pm-8pm
Wednesday, February 3rd between 5pm-8pm
(Masks required at pick-up.)
To schedule a pick-up outside of these windows please contact Libby Coletta at 513-556-2528 or email@example.com. Shipping is available. Purchaser accepts responsibility for the cost of mailing item if you choose not to pick up in person.
