Item descriptions are as accurate as possible, and the Stratford Playhouse Booster Club is not responsible or liable for any discrepancies that might occur. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be withdrawn. A winning bid is a legally-binding contract to purchase, including bids made using the Auto-Bid function of the site.
Registration of a credit card is required to bid on the GiveSmart system. Your registered credit card will be automatically charged following the auction closing. If paying by check, you must notify the Gala chairs prior to the auction close so that your card is not automatically charged. Payment in full by the successful bidder is due by checkout in GiveSmart (or by check, if arranged) at the end of the Gala. Check, Mastercard, Visa, and American Express are acceptable forms of payment. Checks should be made out to the Stratford Playhouse Booster Club. All items must be paid "in full" at the conclusion of the Gala.
All redemption qualifications are strictly between the purchaser and donor as expressed on the gift certificate. Any necessary reservations must be mutually arranged with the donor by the successful bidder, unless otherwise specified.
