Chef Michael Elefante, Mama Louisa's Italian Restaurant and Chef Gary Hickey, Charro Steak/Flores Concepts
Beginning Thursday, October 15th
6-7 pm via Zoom*
MAW cooking sessions will be hosted over four consecutive Thursday evenings with the following menus. Menus are subject to change.
November 5: Veal Chop, Poached Lobster Tail, Garganelli Pasta, Pesto, Oyster Mushroom, Patti Pans, Cava Beurre Blanc

Levels of participation:
Virtual Cooking Class
$75 per household connection $250 for all four sessions paid in advance.
Includes link to zoom (one connection per household), access to the recorded cooking session, grocery list, recipe with instructions (recipes written for two people) and recording of the event sent the next day
Premium
$150 per household connection $500 for all four sessions paid in advance.
Only 25 spots available each Thursday night and orders must be received by 5:00 PM the Monday Prior to the event.
In addition to the above, this level includes food preparation with a bottle of Flying Leap wine paired for the evening's dish.
Wine and prepped food will be available for pickup each Thursday at Flying Leap's Tasting Room located at Plaza Palomino, 2940 N. Swan Road, Ste 128, Tucson.
