Learn how to make a traditional Moroccan meal with Ruth Steinberg, American Friends of Soroka Medical Center Board President Emeritus. Ruth will walk you through the preparation of a 3 course meal: Moroccan Carrot appetizer, traditional chicken with olives and lemon tagine and (of course) Mint tea with cookies for dessert. This special gourmet menu will introduce you to the flavors and techniques of this Sephardic cuisine.

Date to be determined and arranged at a mutually convenient time. Session will take up to an hour and a half. You will receive a shopping list before the session so that you can prepare the food in your own home with Ruth.

Heard about the health benefits of this esoteric diet? Rachel will explain the principals of the holistic Macrobiotic approach, and introduce you to its key elements. She will present a special gourmet menu that will introduce you to the flavors, core ingredients and techniques of this healthful lifestyle diet.
