These old houses often times need plumbing, air conditioning, tile work or basic repair, so your donating will go to these pressing or emergency needs.

The utilities for our houses are more expensive than you may think! They run between $500-900 per month per house.

One Victoria home uses electric, water, cable, internet & phone services.

With new residents, we must provide good clean sheets, towels and housewares. We are thrifty but this is a continual need for our clients.
