Hi! My name is Nora, and I'm currently a sophomore at SMHS. I enjoy cooking, and more importantly, eating. In this short and simple recipe, you'll learn how to make bruschetta, an Italian dish. It's basically grilled bread rubbed with garlic and topped with olive oil and salt. There are many different variations, but this recipe uses tomatoes. Bruschetta is super easy to make and is delicious as a snack or appetizer!
