Why does your support of this virtual event matter? For the first time since 1981, women's unemployment surpassed that of men due to the COVID-19 recession. April's job losses wiped out a decade of job gains for women in the workforce. As we continue adapting to changing needs and increased demand for services, we are also facing a loss of revenue from in-person events. Help us raise funds to support contactless services and employment readiness programming for women entering or returning to the workforce in the coming months. With your support, we will not lose a moment in providing services to help women in our community recover and thrive.

  • Around the world, women are being impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and its disruption of their lives and the lives of their dependents. Dress for Success Pittsburgh has not lost a moment in serving our clients during this crisis. If you or a woman you know are in need of services, please call 412-201-4204 or email [email protected] for assistance.

  • Dress for Success Pittsburgh is working to provide virtual resources through the Connections Resource Center to assist women in the coming months of global economic recovery and beyond. Help us empower women with the clothing and connections they need to feel strong and confident as they take the next step in their career journey.

  • Please note that due to the overwhelming generosity of our supporters and increased safety restrictions due to the pandemic, most donation slots are filled through the end of the calendar year. We encourage donors to check back regularly, as openings will be added as our boutique space and volunteer availability allows. Please know that we are thankful for your willingness to donate items to the women we serve and understand that we are not able to make exceptions at this time - we are simply out of room and must use our limited resources to focus on the women we serve as our top priority.

  • Consider making a financial donation or shop our Amazon registries, for highly needed personal care items to ship directly to one of our boutiques. If you shop via https://smile.amazon.com and select Dress for Success Pittsburgh as your charitable organization, AmazonSmile will donate 0.5% of eligible purchases to Dress for Success Pittsburgh.

  • Dress for Success Pittsburgh is committed to creating a culture of inclusion and stands together with our clients, colleagues, volunteers, donors and affiliate sisters around the world to speak out against racism, to promote understanding, and to create a world that is better, stronger and kinder. #NoMoreSilence #BlackLivesMatter #EndRacism
