Owner of Williams Tennis School, Steve is also the Head Pro and Junior Tennis Coordinator at a tennis and athletic club located in Longmont, CO.

In addition to being certified as a USPTA Pro (elite professional), Steve is also certified as a High Performance Coach by the USTA and USPTA. In 2012, Steve was chosen by the USTA Intermountain to coach the Intersectionals boys and girls 16's team in Shreveport, LA. From 2008-2009 Steve coached the men's team at the University of Northern Colorado, the only public Division 1 Men's Tennis program in the state. In the summer of 2012, Steve started as the Director of Adidas Tennis Camps out of Colorado State University.

For 2016 and 2017, Steve was selected by USTA Colorado as a player development coach. Steve will be coaching the "Early Development Camps" and "Team Colorado" in cooperation with USTA Colorado coaches and other tennis pros, and will be actively involved with player development of some of the top kids in the state.

Steve played #1 singles for his high school and competed in college on a tennis scholarship. Steve has been a top-10 player in Colorado singles at the championship level and finished 2013 ranked #2 in open doubles in Colorado. Steve finished 2016 ranked #1 in Colorado in Men's 35 doubles with his partner (Miikka Keronen).
