My name is Blaire Rebber, but at camp I am known as Teddy. I started at camp in 2014 as a member of the junior staff. I also served on the 2015 junior staff. In 2016, I was on summer staff and it was one of the best summers of my life! Camp and the people I met there helped shape me into the person I am today. I believe that if it wasn't for camp, my life would be very different. Camp helped me grow in my faith and my love for children which helped inspire me to go to Concordia, Ann Arbor to pursue a Lutheran Teaching Degree. I strongly believe that camp has a great influence on life well beyond the years spent there.
I am raising funds for Camp Lakeview, because, like many other organizations, Covid-19 placed restrictions on when camp could open and operate over this past summer, 2020. This place is magical and amazing to those who get to experience it. It would hurt my heart if future generations of children and college students could not experience this God filled place.
I would love it if you would find it in your heart to donate to camp through this page! Seeing people support camp because it means so much to me would be such a huge blessing. We can turn 2020 into a positive year yet, just you watch! You can be a part of that positive change!
If you would also join me in praying for camp, that would be very appreciated. God works in mysterious ways.
God bless you and all that you do!
