Check out this one-of-a-kind children's playhouse designed by a team of architects and designers from MOA ARCHITECTURE and to be built by a Swinerton construction team of experts! This modular design will be erected in your backyard by general contractor Swinerton Builders and their assembled team of skilled professional tradesmen and subcontractors.

Step inside to a world of imagination and fun! Climb up the ladder to the loft and crawl through a window onto the balcony. Use the bookcase to store toys and books and slide it to the side to reveal a hidden room. Kids and parents alike will enjoy the exterior patio area with planter boxes and space for you to add your own picnic table. Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy opening the walls on two sides of the playhouse to let in fresh air and sunshine and practicing their climbing skills on the climbing wall.

Construction of the playhouse will be directed by Swinerton's team of construction professionals. Swinerton's skilled carpenters and select subcontractors will build the bulk of the playhouse offsite. The final assembly will take place at the winning bidder's home. The construction team will set up the playhouse. This includes pouring a concrete slab foundation, final finishes, roofing, exterior trim, interior trim, and painting. This will be completed by the team's skilled tradesmen and coordinated with the purchaser to meet their needs. The playhouse's final assembly and erection is slated to occur in the Spring of 2021 and will be coordinated with the new owners.
