Suncoast Youth Conservation Center Kayak Adventure in Apollo Beach, Florida!

Enjoy a paddle along the Noonan Branch Creek Paddling Trail. You will paddle through mangrove tunnels with swimming snook, over mudflats with soaring sting rays, and across sand bars where redfish scurry. Spot wading birds and ospreys searching for their next meal. This 2-hour-loop trail around the Florida Conservation and Technology Center in Apollo Beach is a perfect morning spent outdoors.

Details:

• The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission's Florida Youth Conservation Centers Network will supply the kayaks, paddles, PFDs, two guides, and the fun for you and up to seven of your closest friends!
• Pack a lunch and drinks and we will bring a sweet treat for the group!
• Date is dependent upon staff schedules and tides.
• Plan on a 4- to 5-hour adventure from start to finish, including time for instructional training and an observation break along the way. Maybe even a site tour of the center.
