Vampire Tacos



3 chicken breasts


1 cup soy sauce

1 cup olive oil

2 tsp salt

1 tablespoon oregano

1 tablespoon cumin 

1 tablespoon pepper

Garlic cloves (to taste) 

Pico de gallo: 

2 tomatoes

1 large onion


2 jalapenos (optional) 

Garlic cloves (to taste) 

Garlic power, salt, & pepper (to taste)  

Vampire sauce: 

1 cup + 1/3 cup mayonnaise 

Minced garlic (to taste) 

8 diced chipotle peppers in adobo sauce 

1 tsp salt 

1 -2 limes (juiced)

Optional toppings: tortillas, cheese, sour cream, hot sauce, etc. 


Slice your chicken breasts into small tenders and put into large bowl. Add soy sauce, olive oil, salt, oregano, cumin, pepper, and garlic cloves. Cover, place in the fridge, and allow to marinate for 5+ hours. 

Make the pico de gallo: Dice tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and jalapenos. Add garlic cloves & powder, salt, and pepper. Stir, cover, and allow to sit in the fridge.  

Make the vampire sauce: Combine mayo, garlic, chipotle peppers, salt, and lime juice. Cover and allow to sit in the fridge. 

Grill your marinated chicken, prepare your tortillas, top with optimal toppings, and enjoy!
