Ground beef (1/2 pound per person)
Pork chorizo (optional)
Green chilies (optional)
Optional toppings: lettuce, cilantro, green onion, tomatoes, avocado, shredded cheese, Frito chips, sour cream, hot sauce, salsa, etc.
Chop up the lettuce, onion, green onion, cilantro, and tomatoes. Drain the beans.
Brown the onion in a large sauce pan and add the ground beef. Brown the chorizo in a separate pan.
Cook until pink is gone.
Combine the ground beef and chorizo and add the beans, green chilies, and taco seasoning to taste.
Put in a bowl with lettuce and desired toppings. Enjoy!
