1.5 pound tomatillo peppers
1/2 white onion
2 Fresno chilies
5 - 10 cloves of garlic, depending on taste
Large handful of cilantro
Salt (to taste)
Peel the paper off of your tomatillo peppers. Run them under cold water to wash them.
Peel your onion and pop the tops off of the Fresno chilies.
Put the peppers, onion, chilies, and garlic in a large pot. Cover the pot with a lid and put over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes.
Dump pepper mixture into a blender and add cilantro. Blend until mixed. Add salt to taste. Enjoy!
