1 cup olive oil
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup soy sauce
Jalapeno peppers (optional)
5-10 garlic cloves
Rice & water
Chop up your broccoli, sweet potatoes, bell peppers, and onion.
Cover the sweet potatoes in olive oil and bake in the oven at 500 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Steam the broccoli on the stovetop.
Prepare the rice in a rice cooker or on the stovetop.
Blend the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, jalapeno peppers, and garlic to make your sauce.
Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and grill them. Carefully pour any extra sauce over the thighs as they grill.
Chop up the chicken once done and combine all your prepared ingredients in a bowl. Enjoy!
