Diced serrano peppers
Salt ( to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Hot dogs or bratwursts
Buns of choice
Optional toppings: mayonnaise, mustard, drained pinto beans, cream sauce, etc.
Make pico de gallo: Throw tomatoes, onion, cilantro, peppers, and avocado into a large bowl. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the mixture and stir.
Grill hot dogs or bratwursts in a pan over medium-high heat. Once cooked through, place them in a bun and top with desired toppings. Enjoy!
