1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips (optional)
1/2 cup mini M&M's (optional)
1 tsp vanilla
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Roll mixture into small balls and enjoy!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
