Dolmage Burger



1 tablespoon sea salt

3 tablespoons minced onion

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon black pepper

2 pounds ground beef 

4 eggs

4 slices of bacon

onion rings 

2 hatch chilies 

4 slices of cheese 

1/2 cup shredded cheese 

Worcestershire sauce 

4 buns of choice 


Watch your hatch chilies and grill them on high for about 15 minutes, flipping them every 5 minutes. Peel the outer layer of the chilies off and slice the top off. Open the chilies up and scrape the seeds out. Slice into small pieces. 

Line 2 cookie sheets with foil. Lay the bacon out on one cookie sheet and the onion rings on another. Cook in the oven until done to your liking. 

Put ground beef into a large bowl. Add shredded cheese, minced onion, and green chilies. Mix well. 

Divide the meat mixture into 4 patties. Season the patties with worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, & pepper. 

Grill the burgers over medium-high heat. Top with cheese slices. 

Fry 4 over-easy eggs in a large pan over the stovetop. 

Assemble your burgers with the onion rings, bacon, eggs, and other desired toppings. Enjoy!
