Who should I contact if I am having technical difficulties with bidding?

When will the silent auction bidding begin?
Silent auction items will be open for bidding on Thursday, February 4th.
When will the silent auction close?
The silent auction will close on Sunday, February 7th at 2 pm.
How do I watch in the Virtual Black and Gold Gala?
Watch the virtual program on Facebook or on our Website on Saturday, February 6th at 7:00 pm.
How long will the Virtual program be?
The program will begin on Saturday, February 6th at 7:00 pm and should end around 7:45 pm.
Should my kids watch the Virtual Gala?
Yes! The more the merrier! We will be featuring many of our students, teachers and parents during the program.
Where is the money going that is fundraised for the school?
All of the money fundraised will be used to help the school with their greatest needs. Our three greatest needs are funding our teachers, the tuition gap, and the future.
I won an auction item! Where and when should I pick up my item?
Auction Items can be picked up at St. Joseph Catholic School during school hours 7:30 am - 3:00 pm the week following the Gala. All items must be picked up by Friday, February 12th. Any certificates (including dessert item certificates) can be mailed to the winners for redemption if they are not picked up by Friday, February 12th. Contact Emily at email@example.com to coordinate pickup outside of these hours.
When will my card be charged?
All payments will be charged the afternoon of Monday, February 8th. If you would like to make your payment via any other means, please contact Emily at firstname.lastname@example.org before Monday, February 8th.
