END STIGMA. CHANGE LIVES. unites athletes and public figures in their shared passion for talking about mental health to end the stigma around it.
Sam Mayer is an accomplished NASCAR driver who started racing at the age of four in his home state, Wisconsin. At age 16, Sam became the youngest NASCAR K&N Pro Series East champion in NASCAR history. At age 17, he became the second-youngest Truck Series winner.
Sam and singer, songwriter and American Idol Top Seven Finalist, Louis Knight, have joined END STIGMA. CHANGE LIVES. as ambassadors. As young adults, they want to connect with their peers with the intention to end the stigma around mental health by talking about it.
The young men will debut their involvement when Sam races with a custom paint scheme for the ARCA Menards Series Race on Oct. 11, the day after World Mental Health Day.
