This original watercolor by Sullivan County resident Janet Campbell was exhibited in the 2019 North East Watercolor Society exhibition in Kent, CT. Created using a specialty technique done by pouring three primary colors in layers. The 21x29 watercolor is matted and in a 29x38 frame.
